This is a conscious 3-part breathing technique that helps you connect with your authentic self - the one aligned with who you are and what’s most important to you.

Every session has a specific intention that we agree at the start and a debrief of the experience at the end.

WHAT IT’S NOT

This is not an out-of-control or holotropic breathing method that is used with plant medicine or other mind-altering substance.
