4 + 1 PRINCIPLES TO ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES

A) Learning by Doing

During the first module or day 1, participants are divided into 2 project teams with each team creating a business project to solve a “real” internal business challenge. Different backgrounds promotes agile cross-disciplinary teamwork across functions.

Collaborating virtually and face-to-face in small teams over the program duration underpins this principle.

B) Coaching for Performance

In addition to Peer Coaching to practice collaborative problem-solving, telephone coaching between modules and post program helps participants address their individual challenges and ensures successful skills application for sustainable learning.

This principle ensures optimal performance and continuous improvement.

C) Diversity of Input

As participants have different learning styles and preferences, TICR uses a combination of theory, large and small group activities, project collaboration, etc.

This principle ensures that all participants are engaged for optimal output, i.e. results.

D) Practical Application

All program activities have a highly practical focus with key learnings that can be applied to the daily business via Learning by Doing, Coaching for Performance and Diversity of Input.

E) Social Focus*

A social project or initiative can be added to develop social corporate responsibility of the participants. Past projects include renovating a local orphanage and creating a garden for a charitable organization.
